Kathleen Sippel, originally from Downers Grove, IL, received her undergraduate degree in speech pathology from Purdue University in 2005 and her Masters degree from the University of Kansas in 2007. She has enjoyed working in early intervention since and has provided therapy to children at home, in preschool programs and in a clinical setting.
Kathleen specializes in working with children with speech/language delays, autism and implementing the use of sign language and the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS). Kathleen is also a Hanen-certified therapist and teaches the It Takes Two to Talk program at Children’s Therapy Connection.
In her free time, Kathleen enjoys cooking, scrapbooking, spending time with her husband and three young children and traveling back to Chicago.
