Molly Shade is a devoted speech-language pathologist who serves families across the east side of Marion County. She earned her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Ball State University and has since gained extensive experience in various medical settings, including outpatient rehab, skilled nursing, and home healthcare.
Specializing in early intervention, Molly is passionate about assisting children in overcoming communication barriers and helping them realize their full potential. With a profound understanding of the pivotal role early intervention plays in language development, she works closely with children and their families, crafting personalized therapy plans to address a spectrum of speech and language challenges.
Beyond her professional commitments, Molly finds joy in spending quality time with her family and enthusiastically supporting her children in their diverse sporting endeavors.
