Karen Berty is Director of Operations and a co-owner of Children’s Therapy Connection. The youngest of five children, she was born and raised on the family farm in Oldenburg, IN. Karen graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Physical Therapy in 2001. Her Early Intervention experience covers both Illinois and Indiana and she has been working with children ages 0-3 for over 20 years.
Karen is an active member of the Local Planning and Coordinating Council (LPCC) for Central Indiana First Steps, serving on the Family Outreach/Quality Assurance committee. Karen spends most of her free time caring for her beautiful daughters Oella and Anna, but also enjoys Yoga, gardening, and arts and crafts.
